Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lb. Minced Beef
  • 1 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Diced
  • 1 Green Chilies Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 Cups Kale Stems removed and chopped
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley Diced

Instructions
 

  • Let's prepare the following ingredients: olive oil, minced beef, diced red onion, diced garlic, diced green chilies, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, ground black pepper, chopped kale, halved cheery tomatoes, egg, diced parsley.
  • In a pan add following ingredients olive oil, minced beef, diced red onion, diced garlic, diced green chilies, apple cider vinegar sauté for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • In the same pan add following ingredients brown sugar, salt, ground black pepper, chopped kale continue to sauté for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • After that add egg. cherry tomatoes continue to cook in covered pan for 4 minutes in medium heat.
  • Finally add diced parsley.
  • Serve Immediately with your favorite bread.
